EDexa may display supplier, company and comparison information submitted by businesses, gathered from public sources, or edited by the EDexa team. We try to keep information useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free.
3. No recommendation or professional advice
Content on EDexa is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, procurement or professional advice, and it should not be treated as a recommendation to choose, reject or contract with any supplier.
4. Supplier relationships
Any contract, purchase, enquiry or other arrangement you make with a supplier is between you and that supplier. EDexa is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for the supplier’s products, services, pricing, conduct or performance.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the EDexa website design, branding, copy and original content belong to EDexa or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially reuse site content without permission, except where the law allows this.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDexa excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss arising from reliance on site content, temporary unavailability, or third-party links and supplier information.
