If you need help with a listing, your account, or something that does not look right on the site, this is the best place to start.
For support, email info@EDexa.co.uk and include the page URL, company name, and a short description of the problem.
Common requests
Claiming a listing: Use the claim option on the company page and follow the email confirmation steps.
Updating a listing: Log in to the account that owns the listing, then edit the company profile directly.
Incorrect information: Email us with the correction and the exact page link so we can review it quickly.
What to include in a support email
Please include your name, the best reply email, the affected page URL, and a clear summary of the issue.
If the issue relates to a listing, include the company name and what change you expected to see.
Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual or intermittent.
